THIS IS MY KIND OF BREAKFAST.
Scrambled eggs, a warm croissant, salad, feta and plenty of smoked salmon. The sort of breakfast you make when you have a little more time and feel like sitting down properly.
I love breakfasts like this because everyone can make their own plate. Put everything in the middle of the table, make another pot of coffee and suddenly breakfast turns into brunch and nobody is going anywhere.
