Last weekend we had the honour of catering a 50th birthday celebration for 70 guests 👫 and we'd like to thank our customer for the opportunity & entrusting us with making their celebration a success - serving up smoked shoulder, smoked ribs, grilled lamb loin chops, juicy sausages, and fresh garlic rolls 🔥.
This is what Sunge Smokehouse does best: showing up with flavour, consistency, and presence.

• Grilled Loin Chops
• Flame-Grilled Sausages
• Firecut Rib Strips (our signature thin-sliced ribs)
• Tikka Chicken done over the coals
• Creamy Garlic Rolls
• Noodle Salad & Potato Salad to round it off
