LASAGNE CHRONICLES: PART 2 🍽
So as you might know (I assume), I originate from a dish made in Italy 🇮🇹... as all pasta-based dishes mainly do, I guess. LOL. I am a delicate, flat, and soulful pasta. I have, however, become more international in my evolution and am served in many different ways; but my base creation remains the same... sauce, sheets, filling, spices, 🌿 and 🧀 .
Those are my collab partners btw and without them, I would be nowhere as famous as I am today .
My filling is generally beef, but I've noticed some have used chicken and others have used veggies. I also know there's been an attempt by cauliflower to replace me as the pasta, but that's a legal battle in process, so I can't chat too much about that.

Hey everyone. My name is Lasagna, and I'm here to tell you about how I ended up being a comfort ambassador to You.
I was approached by the Spice Up Café team a few weeks ago with a specific goal in mind; let's bring some ❤️ back into homes that have been busy keeping the flag of resilience flying high.
Apparently I was not the only one approached 😒, some other dishes called "vetkoek" and "braai" were part of the original team, but this is not their story for now! I am here to enlighten you as to why I agreed to this gig.
Afterall, we all carry the same goal, but I'm the 🌟!!!!!!!

Public Transport:
- Take the MyCiTi bus route T1 and get off at the stop closest to Lagoon Beach Road.
- From there, take a short walk towards the direction of West Coast Road and you will find your destination.
Driving/Parking:
- Follow the N1 towards Cape Town until you reach Marine Drive (Exit 4).
- Turn right onto Marine Drive and follow it until you reach Lagoon Beach Road.
- Turn left onto Lagoon Beach Road and follow it until you reach West Coast Road.
- Turn right onto West Coast Road and look for parking spots nearby.
