What to do when the coffee you make taste sour, even if you have well roasted coffee beans...

It might be that you are using a wrong grind setting.

Adjust your grinder to grind the beans finer. Make another cup of coffee. Continue grinding finer and finer until the coffee taste dry or bitter. Then turn your grind setting back one step to the previous setting and that should give you the best extraction for a delicious cup of coffee.
