To get to Betty's Bay, you can either take public transport or drive.
If you're taking public transport, you can take a bus or a taxi from Cape Town to Hermanus and then transfer to another bus or taxi that goes to Betty's Bay. The journey takes around 2-3 hours depending on traffic and the mode of transport.
If you're driving, take the N2 highway towards Somerset West and then turn onto the R44 towards Gordon's Bay. Follow the R44 until you reach Betty's Bay. There are several parking areas available in Betty's Bay where you can park your car.
Once you're in Betty's Bay, head towards the coast and look for signs pointing towards the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve. The Coastal Foragers experience takes place within this reserve, so follow the signs until you reach your destination.
