The Infusion: Stir in 375ml fresh lemon juice, the zest of 1 lemon, and 90ml of Bustan Rose Water (adjust to your taste preference!).

Deli-licious is BACK and with another banger! 🎉
Chef Clara is taking the classic toasted cheese and tomato sandwich to a whole new level, Lebanese style. Trust us, once you try the mayo-crust trick, you’ll never make a plain toastie again! 🧀🍅🫓🔥
The Lebanese Toastie Recipe 📌
Base: Lay your saj flat.
Spread: Slather one side with mayo and a generous layer of mohammara.
Fill: Top one half with grated cheese and sliced tomatoes. Season with salt & pepper.
Fold & Coat: Fold the saj in half, then spread a thin layer of mayo over the outside (if you know, you know 😉).
Toast: Slow-cook on medium-low heat in a hot pan until golden, crispy, and oozing with melted cheese.
Save this for your next lunch craving! 👇✨
