The restaurant prides itself on using only fresh, local and ethically sourced ingredients to create a taste of the world. One of their standout dishes is the crispy fried prawns, prawn and leek dumplings, pickled Daikon, Sichuan peanuts, puffed rice noodles, cured egg yolk finished with coconut and corn broth. This summer dish is a must-try for seafood lovers.
The restaurant's turnip cake is also a fan favorite. It's a pure and simple dish that bursts with earthy flavors from the sh*take to the crisp, salty flavors of a Daikon Radish. Topped with their spicy house-made chicken relish (sorry not sorry), cured black vinegar and soya egg yolk, it's a little mini delight.
Dahlia on Regent has received numerous accolades including being named Travelers Choice Best of the Best 2021 & World Culinary. They were also featured on The Insider SA for their amazing cuisine.
Although they had to close temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances in December 2021, they were back serving up delicious food by January 2022.
