To get to Napier Street in Cape Town, take the M2 towards the city center. Exit onto Nelson Mandela Boulevard and continue until you reach the exit for Roeland Street. Follow Roeland Street until it turns into Buitenkant Street. Turn right onto Barrack Street and then left onto Chapel Street. Continue straight until you reach Napier Street.
For public transport, take the MyCiti bus to the Convention Centre stop and walk along Lower Long Street towards Buitensingel. Turn left onto Buitensingel and follow it until you reach Napier Street.
If driving, there is street parking available on Napier Street or nearby streets such as Harrington or Wesley Streets. Alternatively, there is a paid parking lot at 10 Hospital Street, just a short walk away from Napier Street.
