Thank you to these amazing ladies for the incredible work and effort this year! After a lot of early starts, hard grind, hours on the feet - they always manage to pull it off (dogs are of course there for the much needed emotional support and sometimes help cleaning the floor!)

TRUFFLE ARANCINI w/ parmesan and basil pesto aioli
TOMATO, BASIL & BOCCONCINI SKEWERS
PRAWN & CHORIZO SKEWERS w/ gremolata

MAINS:
TENDER FILLET w/ pine nuts, parmesan, sun-dried tomato & asian sauce and rocket
ROASTED AUBERGINE
HOT SMOKED SALMON w/ dill yoghurt, caper berries, pickled red onion & lemon wedges

A bit about me and what I do (and love to do)🥰
My name is Leigh, and the first picture says it all: I love bubbly, my fury friends 🐾 and FOOD
I jump around between a few different business ventures, all food related which keeps the creativity going and definitely keeps me on my toes!

Hoeked Catering is what I do part of the time, when I’m not busy with or . The wine bar and coffee shop are both based in Noordhoek, where I develop recipes and design the food menu. Both full family ventures, boyfriend even brave enough to join in!

I stock my frozen ready-made meals in the Furnys and Coffee Guy deli. Both my Hoeked Catering and Ready Made Meals emphasises on the use of fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and small-batch cooking, with the ingredients being as sustainably sourced as possible, keeping conscious cooking top of mind.
