To get to Victoria Mall at 148 Empire Avenue in Hout Bay, you can take the MyCiTi bus and get off at the Hout Bay stop. From there, walk southeast on Princess Street until you reach Empire Avenue. The mall will be on your right.
If driving, head south on Main Road until you reach Empire Avenue. Turn left onto Empire Avenue and continue straight until you see the mall on your left. There is parking available in the mall's parking lot.
