““Rabbi, which of the commandments in the Law is the most important?” He told him, “‘You are to love your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.’ This is the greatest and most important commandment. And a second is similar to it, ‘You are to love your neighbor as yourself.’ All of the Law and the Prophets are dependent on these two commandments.””

Contrary to popular belief, coffee strength is determined by the ratio of coffee grinds to water during the brewing process, not by how light or dark your roast is.

Whether you prefer a flat white, latte, cappuccino or americano a good espresso based coffee starts with a good, you guessed it, espresso.
Grind, how hard you tamp and extraction time will all influence the end result.
