Hi all, hope you've been keeping warm, dry and safe these last couple of days.
We went to inspect our mobile coffee café early this afternoon, and fortunately, everything is still good with no damage at all, despite the rain and the serious winds.
Unfortunately, we have just heard that the Nature Reserve will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday 13/05/2026 for cleanup operations, so if all goes well, we should be back up and running on Thursday 14/05/2026

Good morning all, besides having our mobile coffee cafe at the Helderberg Nature Reserve, we have another full set of equipment which we'd love to use to set up an indoor coffee kiosk either at a school, office park, office building or residential estate within the Helderberg area.

**Travel Directions to Mariners Way, Gordon's Bay**
**By Car:**
1. Start on the N2 highway heading towards Somerset West.
2. Take the exit for R44 towards Gordon's Bay.
3. Continue on R44 until you reach the T-junction at Gordon's Bay.
4. Turn left onto Sir Lowry’s Pass Road (R44).
5. Follow this road until you reach Mariners Way, which will be on your right.
6. There is parking available along Mariners Way and nearby streets.
**By Public Transport:**
1. Take a train from Cape Town to Somerset West station.
2. From Somerset West station, catch a local taxi or bus heading towards Gordon's Bay.
3. Ask the driver to drop you off at Mariners Way or look for signs indicating the area.
4. The walk from the bus stop/taxi drop-off to Mariners Way is typically short and easy.
Make sure to check local transport schedules for any updates or changes before your journey!
