Puppies, presence, and a whole lot of heart 🐾🩷

What a beautiful morning spent stretching, smiling, and soaking up all the puppy cuddles. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made our Puppy Yoga event so special. The energy was soft, joyful, and honestly… very hard to leave.

In support of , we flowed through a heart-melting session led by .lindeque, surrounded by wagging tails and the sweetest little distractions. And of course, we kept things refreshed with complimentary juices from .

Moments like these remind us what conscious community really looks like.

Easter just got sweeter! 😍🍩🌱

We are so excited to launch our TCK x Grumpy & Runt Easter donut collab! The 3 donuts we’ve created exclusively for TCK are gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan! All three options will be available in store at The Conscious Kitchen and for delivery on UberEats starting tomorrow!

🍩 Lemon-Poppyseed Easter donut: lemon-poppyseed base, topped with the cashew butter, toasted coconut and mini cranberry and lemon Easter eggs.

🍩 Lemon-Poppyseed & Matcha Donut: Lemon-poppyseed base topped with matcha custard cream and toasted coconut.

🍩 Chocolate Easter Nest Donut: Chocolate base topped with cocoa-tahini glaze, toasted coconut and banana & pecan brownie eggs.
