Dear Howard
It is with a heavy heart that I write this letter, as words cannot fully capture the deep sorrow I feel. Since 2016, you have been more than just a boss to me; you have been a mentor, a confidante, and a true friend. Your genuine kindness and rare, beautiful soul touched my life in ways I never imagined possible.
I’ve compiled a collection of our cherished chats because I know I wont be able to receive them anymore ,I am reminded of the overwhelming impact you had on me. Your daily greetings — “Good morning,” “Happy Almost Friday were more than routine messages; they were heartfelt expressions of your care and concern.Your appreciation messages always lifted our spirits and made us feel valued. You constantly encouraged me to step up and lead the team, instilling in me the confidence to grow both personally and professionally.I will miss our messages, chats, calls, and meetings more than words can express. Your constant reassurance that you were okay, even when you didn’t want us to worry, was a testament to your incredible character. Whenever I made mistakes, you never made me feel bad about them. Instead, you encouraged me to learn and grow, and for that, I am deeply grateful.the bond we shared was profound, and the impact you made on our life is immeasurable. You were, and always will be, a rare gem — a shining example of what it means to be genuinely kind, compassionate, and caring.
Rest in peace, my friend. Your memory will forever live on in my heart, and I will carry your lessons and love always.
With love, deepest gratitude and heartfelt sorrow,
Arthur
