Valley Roast Coffee Co. is looking for an experienced assistant Café Manager to lead our team and keep our fast-paced café running smoothly.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years management experience in a café or restaurant
• Credible references (this is a must)
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong people skills – leadership, communication, and team motivation
• Reliable, organised, and hands-on
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily café operations & staff management
• Maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction
• Stock control, basic admin & opening/closing procedures
• Leading by example on the floor

To reach Sunnydale in Cape Town by public transport, take a train or bus to Fish Hoek station. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to the Sunnydale area. Alternatively, there are several bus routes that stop near Sunnydale.
If traveling by car, take the M3 towards Muizenberg and exit at the Ou Kaapse Weg turnoff. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kommetjie Road and turn right. Follow Kommetjie Road until you reach the Sunnydale area.
Parking options vary depending on the location of your destination within Sunnydale. There are limited parking spots available on the side streets near Valley Roast Coffee Co and other cafes in this area. However, if you're unable to find street parking, there is a parking lot available for public use near Food Lover's Market in Longbeach Mall and Shoprite Checkers in Sun Valley Shopping Centre (both of which are fairly close to Valley Roast Coffee Co).
