It’s one of the questions we get asked most often, and the answer is: plenty! 🌿
Our menu is designed to cater for a variety of dietary preferences. Many of our dishes are already vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free, while others can be easily adapted with a few simple swaps.
And yes, Benedict lovers — we have gluten-free English muffins! 🙌 We also offer seeded gluten-free bread.

Named after the owners’ twins, Lounah opened its doors in 2021 from something beautifully simple: a mother’s love for her children. What started as a dream became a space filled with sweet treats, warm coffees, shared tables, and moments that feel like home.
