Their mission is to make healthy eating easy and accessible by serving nourishing salads, wraps, warm bowls and nutrient-rich smoothies made using fresh, locally sourced whole ingredients free from added sugar, unhealthy fats and preservatives. All menu items have been carefully developed to highlight naturally delicious flavors without harmful synthetic chemicals. KAUAI is committed to customer service excellence along with maintaining a supply chain that supports farmers using sustainable practices.
