SUSHI 🍣
It's not everyday one recieves a sushi request. Briefs were fairly simple: Bento set but make it Sushi.
This is the end result. I love making fondant figurines for my cakes and cupcakes. Given the free reign I had on this set made it even more sweeter.

Sometimes, just sometimes one may become really over whelmed with cake trends and if you're a very simplistic soul, but want something a little different for a special occasion - then this vintage modern design is all you'll ever need.
Inside was a redvelvet with lemon cream cheese, a lovely pop of colour to seal the deal.
Fun fact: old school recipe, we used beetroot to colour this vibrant moist redvelvet cake.
