Today lunch inspired by Moroccon flavors, prepared Moroccan chicken, used the same ingredients and method to prepare snoek fish, call it Moroccon fish, served with red cabbage chakalaka and butter fried sweet potatoes.

Preparing great meals and seeing the results of my efforts being loved and appreciated is the best dance song I will never stop dancing to. Oxtail stew was well received, and since I don't eat meat I prepared fish stew for myself. Served with soft and warm steam bread.

Fish Stew without Tomatoes
1. Fish (Cut to your preferred sizes)
2. Onions (1 Large white onion, 1 medium red onion)
3. Bell Pepper (Red and Green)
4. Fresh Chili
5.Garlic
6. Parsley, Rosemary and thyme (all fresh herbs)
7. Butter (three tablespoon)
8. Chili Knorr Cubs
9. Any Spice or seasoning of your choice, I used Robertson steak and chops spice

On your pan or pot, heat up your butter. Add your chopped garlic, herbs, and chili, let it fry for about two minutes. Add your chopped Onions and bell peppers. Add your and knorr cubs. let it all come together frying for about 2 to 3 minutes. add your fish, and your spices, cover it with a foil, no need to use a lid, a foil alone is okay. you can use your lid for placing your foil then remove the lid. allow it to fry together for atleast 4 minutes on medium heat. then stir to turn over your fish. allow it to cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, if your sauce is sticking on your pot or pan add three tablesppon of hot water, stir and then let is rest for 2 minutes, on low heat. then your stew is ready to eat.

serve it with rice or any starch of your choice.
I enjoyed it with Millie rice.

Millie Rice is more like rice, prepared differently. For the best tasty Millie RIce, boil it with butter. 2 Cups of Millie RIce, three cups of Water, two tablespoon of butter and salt.

If you're traveling to Parklands Main Road in Cape Town via public transport, you can take the MyCiTi bus route T1 and get off at the Parklands Main Road stop. From there, walk towards the direction of the traffic until you get to your destination.

If you're driving and need parking, there is street parking available along Parklands Main Road. Alternatively, there is also a paid parking lot nearby on Sunningdale Drive where you can park your car.
