Picture a delicious menu of tender pan-fried beef fillet with green peppercorn sauce and mushrooms, chicken breast filled with wild mushrooms and finished with a fragrant tarragon jus, served alongside glazed baby carrots, Tenderstem broccoli and golden roast potatoes.
