To get to Portico in Cape Town, you can take the MyCiTi bus and get off at the Civic Centre stop, which is a 2-minute walk to Portico. Alternatively, you can drive there and park in the underground parking garage at Portico. The entrance to the garage is on Buitengracht Street.
