This Winter Set Menu is pure comfort. The bento box starts with fresh sushi, think tuna maki, salmon nigiri and yellowtail nigiri, then moves into crispy squid with togarashi and a hit of lime and squid‑ink aioli.
A tender chicken a la Brassa follows, with yuzu‑pickled shallots and buttery bean mash to keep you warm, and the set is rounded off with edamame dusted with flaked salt. At just R349 per person sharing, it’s a delicious way to enjoy Nikkei’s Japanese‑Peruvian fusion on a chilly day.
