Happy Falafel Day!!!
If you’ve ordered our falafel before, you might have noticed it’s green colouring on the inside and wondered why. The vibrant green comes entirely from the amount of fresh parsley and coriander we blend into the mix.
It’s the traditional Middle Eastern way, and it’s the only way we do it. It keeps the inside incredibly fresh and herby while the outside gets that perfect crisp crunch.
