Huitlacoche Tetelas
Huitlacoche is also known as Mexican truffles or corn s**t. It’s a fungus that grows on corn and is considered a delicacy in Mexico.
Here we’ve paired it with our version of a tetela … a crispy fried flour filled pocket.
