Before opening the doors to Rick’s, he spent seven years as Executive Chef at the V&A Hotel, honing his craft and leading world-class kitchens.
Today, he’s still working his magic behind the scenes, guiding an incredible team of chefs and ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen meets his high standards. The passion never stopped, it just found a new home at Rick’s. 🍽️🔥
