No, you're not imagining it.
What was showing up in your feed as Grub & Vine Norval is now Culture Wine Bar Newlands.
With Grub & Vine Norval now closed, we've decided not to start from scratch, but rather continue the journey with the Southern Suburbs community that already knows and loves good food and great wine. While the name and location are changing, the spirit remains the same: fantastic wines, welcoming service, and a space designed for connection.
Culture Wine Bar Newlands will be our second Culture, building on everything we've created at our Bree Street flagship while giving the Southern Suburbs a taste of what we do so well in the city. Consider this our answer to everyone who's ever said, 'When are you opening another one closer to us?' 🫶
We'll be sharing updates, opening news, and a few behind-the-scenes moments as we bring Culture Wine Bar to Newlands. And when our doors open, we'd love to welcome you in for a glass...or several.
If you're excited to follow the journey, stay tuned. If not, we completely understand.
With love,
Matt, Rox & the team

You said you’d skip dessert.
This is your sign to reconsider.

Plates like this don’t happen by accident.
Seasonal ingredients, considered cooking, and just enough restraint to let it all speak for itself.

A picnic, a glass of wine, and the Norval gardens.
Available weekends only, and with Grub & Vine Norval closing soon, these moments won’t be around for long.
Book yours while you still can.
