To get to Marine Circle in Cape Town by public transport, take a train or bus and get off at Cape Town Station. From there, head towards the direction of the sea and make your way to Beach Road. Walk along Beach Road until you reach Marine Circle.
If you are driving, take the M3 highway and exit onto De Waal Drive. Continue on De Waal Drive until it becomes Somerset Road and then turn left onto Beach Road. Follow Beach Road until you reach Marine Circle.
There is a parking lot adjacent to Marine Circle for those driving to the area. For public transport options, buses and taxis from various parts of Cape Town stop near Marine Circle.
