I had SO much fun making the MTB lovers cake for Tim's birthday!
Of course this theme is close to my heart and I also coach Tim on the mountain bike, so all in all it was a wonderful opportunity to combine my passion for mountain biking and baking, to create a cake for this special little guy - and join in on the birthday fun! ☺️
The cake itself is a vanilla sponge with creamy buttercream icing 😋
