On 29 October 2026 at 18h00, we’re bringing Bosman Family Wines to the table at 96 Winery Road for a five-course dinner.
The evening begins with warm stone fruit and prosciutto paired with Pet Nat Riesling. Then enjoy salmon kataifi, truffle burrata and dry-aged sirloin, with a Bosman w**e selected for each course. We’ll finish with a savoury Gruyère cheese soufflé and Soet Steen.
