Founded by Adrian Dommisse and now co-run with his daughter Hannah, Skylark is a small, family-owned wine project built on passion for South African vineyards and minimal intervention winemaking. Their Cinsault comes from unirrigated bush vines in Darling, fermented whole bunch and gently handled to preserve its delicate character and vibrant personality.
Expect a light, perfumed wine with notes of Turkish delight, cherries, and plums, perfect for slow evenings, good conversation, and discovering the story behind the bottle.
