*CAPPUCCINO vs LATTE
*Cappuccino:* Small (180ml), strong coffee, thick foam, bold taste.
*Latte:* Big (240-350ml), lots of milk, thin foam, smooth taste.
*Quick check:* Thick foam = Cappuccino. Silky milk + art = Latte.

*HOW TO BACKFLUSH — 6 STEPS:*
*1.* Remove filter, rinse. Put blank filter in portafilter.
*2.* Add 1/2 tsp backflush powder.
*3.* Lock portafilter in group head.
*4.* Press brew 10 sec — STOP 5 sec — Repeat 5x. Watch dirty water.
*5.* Remove, rinse, put back — flush with clean water 5x (10 sec each) — NO powder.
*6.* Clean tray, wipe group, back in business.
*DAILY:* With powder 1x
*After each rush:* Clean water flush only
*DON'T:* Leave powder inside — your next coffee will be soap!
*30 seconds = Save R15k repair.*

— KCC STANDARD:
*- Equipment:* Clear glass 350ml (must be clear so guest sees layers), espresso machine, milk jug
*1. ESPRESSO — 30ml*
- Single shot, fresh. Set aside.
*2. STEAM MILK — 200ml*
- Heat to *65°C* only (too hot kills layers). Create silky microfoam, not stiff foam.
*3. POUR MILK FIRST (Opposite of normal latte!)*
*4. SLOW POUR ESPRESSO
- Pour espresso SLOWLY over
*5. RESULT — 3 Perfect Layers:*
- Bottom: White milk
- Middle: Brown espresso
- Top: White foam

*1. RESEARCH CRUISE LINES* — Biggest base = everyone must do. Search Royal Caribbean, MSC, Carnival careers. Many fail because they apply on fake agents, not real cruise websites.
*2. GET SEA-READY SKILLS*
— Not just coffee. Cruise wants English + speed + hospitality. KCC gives you sea-standard barista skill.
*3. PREPARE CRUISE CV PACK*
— Cruise CV is special: Passport + video + certificate + reference. Normal CV gets rejected at sea.
*4. APPLY ON CRUISE PORTALS*
— Apply direct on cruise company portal, 20+ applications. Don't use brokers.
*5. PASS CRUISE INTERVIEW*
— Video interview. They ask "Why sea life?" You must show you can live 6 months on water.
*6. MEDICAL + VISA + DOCUMENTS*
— C1/D US visa + cruise medical + police clearance. Hardest filter — many drop here.

KCC COFFEE _Mochaccino
*Espresso + Chocolate + Steamed Milk with little foam + Latte Art*
- *15ml chocolate* in cup
- *30ml espresso* - mix well with chocolate
- *180ml milk steamed to 65°C* - *little foam* (not cappuccino foam) - silky microfoam only 0.5cm
- *Pour latte art* - heart / tulip
*KCC COFFEE *Chocolate first, then espresso, stir, then milk. If you steam too much foam, art breaks.

Take the Blue Line train to Triangle Station and walk southeast along Main Road until you reach the intersection with Albert Road. The coffee shop will be on your right-hand side.
Alternatively, take the 101 or 103 Bus and disembark at Triangle Stop. Walk towards the intersection of Main Road and Albert Road where you will find the coffee shop.
Option 2 - Driving/Parking:
From Cape Town CBD, drive south on Main Road towards Rondebosch. Continue straight until you reach the intersection of Main Road and Albert Road. The coffee shop is on your right-hand side.
Limited parking is available in front of the shop. Alternatively, there is a public parking lot across from the coffee shop on Albert Road.
