The Eike apple, a caramelised apple centre surrounded by white chocolate mouse and a golden layer of white chocolate is an Eike classic that we bring back every so often. It is currently the grande finale on our menu with its big brother proudly standing in the middle of the restaurant.

Speelkamers are back for another 2 nights only this July. Mark your calendars and get excited as Chef Bertus Basson shows you how to make the most of these cold nights with his Winter Classics speelkamer sessions. Tuesday, 29 July and Thursday, 31 July you will be welcomed with a drink and snacks whereafter you will be able to see how Bertus prepared his favourite winter warmers followed by a 3-course meal. While a lot of Stellenbosch restaurants are closed on Mondays or close for Monday’s during the winter Months, Eike has lit their fires, stocked up on wood and are ready to treat you to a culinary adventure for lunch and dinner.
