Greetings and salutations. Vegan Africa here again with another classic west african veganised dish. Today's dish has its origin from a West African country called Cameroon, and it is called poulette D.G. Ingredients include, plantain, tamatoes, onion, colour variety of peppers, carrots, chilies and celery. This dish is originally prepared with chicken. However, we've found that it tastes just as great if not, even better by substituting the chicken with mushrooms and soya chunks 😋. Guaranteed to make you ask for seconds 😁. @ Vegan Africa
