Meet Michelle Avontuur 🌟
In 2019, Michelle Avontuur was selected to participate in our Assistant Chef Programme, where she gained valuable culinary skills, hands-on experience, and the confidence to pursue her dreams.
Armed with determination and a passion for food, Michelle went on to start her own business and opened a takeaway shop, MMMM Kitchen, serving delicious meals to her community. Today, she is successfully running her own food business and inspiring others through her entrepreneurial journey.
We are incredibly proud of Michelle's achievements and the dedication she has shown in turning her skills into a thriving business. Her story is a wonderful example of how opportunity, hard work, and perseverance can create lasting success.

**Public Transport:**
1. **Train:** If you're coming from Cape Town, take the MetroRail train towards Stellenbosch or Strand. Disembark at Eerste River Station.
2. From the station, you can either walk (approximately 15-20 minutes) or catch a local taxi or bus heading towards Hindle Road.
**Driving/Parking:**
1. If you're driving from Cape Town, take the N2 highway towards Somerset West.
2. Take the exit for R300 towards Bellville and merge onto R300.
3. Exit onto N1 towards Paarl and then take the exit for R102/Eerste River.
4. Follow signs to Hindle Road.
5. There is parking available on-site; look for designated parking areas near the entrance.
