Chef Wadia is a caterer that offers an extensive range of Halaal Catering Solutions for any Private or Corporate Event. Located on Raapenberg Road, Chef Wadia has been making waves in the catering industry with their exceptional service and delicious food. Recently, they catered for Dr Siya's wedding at Hazendal Wine Estate, where they served a delectable four-course menu for Muslim guests. The menu included a bread course, mushroom and caramelised onion galette with rocket, fig, roasted hazelnuts and goats cheese salad as the starter, slow-braised deboned lamb shank with Turkish apricot and onion relish and roasting sauce as the main course, and a trio of desserts consisting of white chocolate lamington, white chocolate cheesecake, and gluten-free pistachio cake. The sides were just as impressive with roasted baby potatoes in burnt butter, garlic aioli and fried onion; grilled fine green beans and baby marrow with basil aioli and parmesan; and roasted cauliflower steaks with hazelnut cream. Chef Wadia also had the honour of catering for the Institute for Healing of Memories during their 4-day conference at the District Six Home Coming Centre. Their Halaal certification by Shura Halaal is another milestone that they are proud to celebrate.
