Good afternoon James,
Just a sincere word of thanks for the very professional way that you and your staff attended to all the arrangements relating to our function.
The service was first class and your young and friendly waiters and on site management were great.
Fortunately the weather played along too assisting to the success of the party but undoubtedly the biggest talking point amongst our guests was the variety and super delicious food that you prepared and served. There was not one person that has not mentioned the fabulous food. Well done!!
