Today, KAUAI operates under Real Foods (Pty) Ltd, serving nourishing salads, wraps and warm bowls and nutrient-rich smoothies that are made from fresh locally sourced, whole ingredients free from added sugar, unhealthy fats and preservatives. KAUAI's focus is on real foods that are free of harmful synthetic chemicals including free-range chicken and eggs as well as GMO-free whey protein sourced from grass-fed cows. They prioritize quality seasonal ingredients and maintain a supply chain that supports farmers using sustainable practices. From Cape Town city center, take the N1 highway towards Paarl. Take the Sable Road exit and turn left onto Sable Road. Continue straight for about 2km until you reach the intersection with Century Boulevard. Turn right onto Century Boulevard and continue straight until you see a sign for The Edge Building. Turn left at the sign and enter the parking lot.
If using public transport, take the MyCiTi bus route T01 from Cape Town CBD towards Table View. Get off at the Sable Road stop and walk about 8 minutes to reach The Edge Building.
