This is by far the best basket snack ever.
Hinds Spices - The Strong One Southern Coating (Original or Spicy) Crumbed Lamb Ribs cut into strips and served with Perinaise & Sweetchilli Sauce as a dip.
I thought it won't work and make the ribs tough, but nope. Really came out crunchy and tender on the inside. When that Southern Coating hits and the Jimmys Sauces Steak House Marinade burst through geeze it is something else entirely.
