Requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this field.
Be responsible for handling and preparing sushi rice, selecting and cutting fresh seafood and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for Japanese cuisine, strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Head of Sushi.

Requirements:
Collaborate with the Head of Kitchens to create exceptional sushi dishes while upholding high standards in quality and presentation. This position will also involve costing, recipe development, portion control and minimise wastage.
Candidates should have a Culinary Diploma and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in sushi preparation, along with strong leadership, planning and organising skills.
This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
