KAUAI, located on Century Boulevard in Cape Town, is a health food restaurant and smoothie & juice bar that has been serving nourishing meals since 1996. The restaurant was started by three Californian college friends who had a mission to make healthy eating easy and accessible. Today, KAUAI operates under the multi-brand food group, Real Foods (Pty) Ltd, and continues to focus on serving real foods that are free of harmful synthetic chemicals.
The menu at KAUAI has been carefully developed to highlight the naturally delicious flavours of fresh locally sourced whole ingredients.
