Om studente te help met die uitdagings van stygende voedselpryse en tydsbeperkings, word gedehidreerde maaltye nou by die Maties Coffee Hub in die Universiteit Stelenbosch (US) se Neelsie Studentesentrum, verkoop.
Dit is volgens Gary Muizenheimer, direkteur van SunCom Operations in die Neelsie studentesentrum, wat met Food Sock saamgewerk het om die gedehidreerde maaltye by die Maties Coffee Hub aan studente te kan bied.
Oorlede sjef Francois Ferreira en gevierde komediant, musikant en kos-entoesias, Nataniël, het gehelp om die gedehidreerde maaltye te ontwikkel.
