Coffee Compost Project 2026 update.
We have partnered with Ywaste and we are to distribute 100 bags of coffee compost to local communities across Cape Town every month.
So far we’ve dropped off at
• February, Love in a Bowl Hout Bay
• March, James House Hout Bay
• April, Westlake Primary School

Processing is what shapes the flavour.
Washed = clean + balanced
Natural = fruity + bold
Honey = sweeter + fuller
We use a washed process.
The fruit is removed before drying for a cleaner, brighter, more consistent cup.
Processing doesn’t determine quality, but it does shape character.

Highlights from our ‘Meet the Blancs’ tasting experience hosted at Bootlegger Hyde Park, Joburg, and Lintons Corner, Pretoria. We brought together a select group of local creators to experience our new Blanc range.
This experience put the Blancs front and centre. Led by our product development team, creators were taken through tastings and live demos that unpacked the inspiration behind the range, offering a deeper look into how our iced drinks range has evolved.

Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon powered by BYD 2026 Recap
From the start line through to the finish, and across every touchpoint in between, we showed up where it mattered.
VIP. Media. Race village.
International athletes. Blue Number Club.
And multiple stores along the route, keeping spectators and supporters fuelled throughout the day.
As the Official Coffee Partner, we delivered at scale, keeping runners, supporters and crews fuelled through one of the world’s most iconic races.
A big thank you to Totalsports Two Oceans and all our fellow partners for delivering an exceptional event.

This Friday, ahead of IRONMAN South Africa, we’re hosting our brand ambassador and home town hero, Jamie Riddle at Bootlegger Boardwalk for a pre-race shakeout, meet and greet and of course post run coffee.
• Easy 3–5km run (in collaboration with run club)
- Coffee and banana bread on us after and chance to meet Jamie, grab a photo or get something signed before race day.
No pressure. Just a good run, good people, and great coffee.

Welcome Jamie Riddle.
Our latest Bootlegger ambassador.
South African Olympian and professional triathlete competing at the highest level of endurance sport. Known for his relentless training standard, consistency, and the discipline it takes to perform at the highest level.
Off the course, he’s built a strong and growing community through his content, bringing people into the reality of the work, not just the results. He announced the partnership on his YouTube channel.
Serious about his coffee. Very serious. Barista in the making.
We’ll be working closely with Jamie across a series of activations and events in key locations. We start in Port Elizabeth in just over a month, where he lines up at Ironman South Africa with his sights set on the win. We’ll be there backing him all the way.

To reach Dreyer Street in Claremont, you can take the train to Claremont Station and walk south on Main Road for about 10 minutes until you reach Dreyer Street. Alternatively, several buses also stop near the intersection of Main Road and Dreyer Street.
If driving, take the M3 towards Claremont and exit at Protea Road. Follow Protea Road until it intersects with Main Road and turn left. After a few blocks, turn right onto Dreyer Street. There are several street parking spots available nearby.
