The cake had to be built around a specialised internal support structure to create the illusion of it standing just like a real stroller.

To get to Plattekloof Glen in Cape Town, you can take the N1 highway and exit at Jip de Jager Drive. From there, you can turn left onto Hendrik Verwoerd Drive and continue until you reach the R302 intersection. Take a right onto R302 and head towards the direction of Tygerberg Nature Reserve. The bakery is located on one of the streets in that area.
If you prefer public transport, you can take several bus routes that stop near Plattekloof Glen, including the 126, 214, and 261. You can get off at one of these bus stops and walk towards the bakery's location.
When driving to Gabrielle's Cakery, there are street parking options available nearby. Alternatively, there is a small parking lot located on-site for customers to use.
