With just days to go until we officially reopen our doors on Sunday, 25 October 2026, our team is working around the clock, putting in the extra hours and paying attention to every little detail to ensure everything is just right for our guests.
It's been a journey filled with hard work, dedication and a few unexpected challenges, but seeing our vision come to life makes it all worthwhile!

RENOVATION UPDATE 🏡
Sometimes creating something truly special takes a little longer than planned.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, our renovations at Berg en Zee Guest House have experienced a delay, and we are now planning to reopen on 25 October 2026.
Please know that we are trying our very best to complete everything as soon as possible, while also making sure that we don’t compromise on the quality and attention to detail we want our guests to experience.
We know many of you have been patiently waiting alongside us, and we are incredibly grateful for your understanding, patience and continued support.
We are so excited to finally open our doors and welcome you back to a newly renovated Berg en Zee Guest House. The wait is almost over! ✨

Looking for a beautiful way to explore Gordon’s Bay? The Danie Miller Hiking Trail is a local favourite for getting out into nature!
A scenic mountain walk, gorgeous fynbos, fresh sea air and those wow views over Gordon’s Bay and False Bay. 💙
And of course… there’s the famous GB sign waiting along the way! 😉
So lace up those hiking shoes, pack some water and go explore our beautiful backyard!
