We’re now open Fridays to Mondays, as well as all Public Holidays. Just keep an eye on our socials, as we do have a fair weather policy in place.
Saturday mornings still belong here. Coffee hot, breakfasts loaded, pups welcome, family sorted.
But here’s the good news - if you’ve got a function, birthday, biker gathering or just have a craving - plot your own Grille Shack coup! Book for Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays for groups of 20 or more, and we’ll open up specially for you.

Sat & Sun 9:00am - 5:00pm
Closed: Tues - Thurs - Unless you stage a takeover (20 pax minimum - special celebration sorted)
Public holidays - open 9:00am - 5:00pm
A fair-weather policy will be followed when needed 😊

To get to the soul food restaurant on Clarence Drive, you can either take public transport or drive and park.
For public transport, take the bus that goes to Outside Gordons Bay and get off just before Steenbras Bridge. From there, the restaurant is a short walk away.
If driving, head towards Outside Gordons Bay along Clarence Drive. Just before reaching Steenbras Bridge, you will see the restaurant on the left-hand side. There is parking available nearby.
