There are people who slowly enjoy their first coffee of the day.
And then there are people who probably shouldn’t be asked any questions until at least three sips in.
Whichever one you are, we’ll have the coffee ready.
Pop in for your next cup at Good Thyme Bellville or Milnerton.

A café visit with kids usually comes with one very important question: “Is there somewhere to play?”
Yes. And that means you might actually get to finish your coffee while it is still warm.
With play areas, pottery activities and space for kids’ parties, Good Thyme gives the little ones plenty to do while the grown-ups settle in.

One table. Two very different moods.
One person is keeping things classic with the Good Thyme Breakfast. The other has gone straight for the Chicken Caesar Salad. No need for everyone at the table to agree, as long as everyone leaves happy.
Meet us for breakfast or lunch at Stodels Bellville or Stodels Milnerton.

You came in for coffee.
Then the cake counter got involved.
There’s usually something sweet waiting to make a perfectly ordinary coffee stop a much better idea, from cakes and freshly baked favourites to whatever catches your eye first.
Pop in, choose your coffee, then see if you can walk past the cake counter without changing your order.

Meet Maria.
If you’ve spent the day with us at Milnerton, the chances that Maria has served you are pretty much 100%. She’s been with us since 2019, and in fact, she worked here even before we came along. So it’s probably safe to say she has met you all. :)
Maria has the best stories and can make you laugh all day long. She also loves to listen, cares deeply about her customers, and many of them have become part of her daily routine.
She may seem a little shy at first, but say hi and you’ll get that smile. :)

If your usual eggs are feeling a little too well behaved, this should sort that out.
Two poached eggs with herbed yoghurt, harissa oil, pickled red onion and sourdough. Creamy, tangy, a little spicy, and definitely not your average eggs on toast.
Come hungry and give the Harissa Yoghurt Eggs a try at Good Thyme.
