To get to Main Road in Cape Town, you can take either a bus or a train for public transport. If taking the bus, look for stops along Main Road and hop off at your desired stop. If taking the train, get off at the station closest to Main Road and walk the remaining distance.
If driving, take note that parking may be limited along Main Road. However, there are several side streets where street parking is available. Keep an eye out for "no parking" signs as certain areas may have restrictions.
