Requirements:
Collaborate with the Head of Kitchens to create exceptional sushi dishes while upholding high standards in quality and presentation. This position will also involve costing, recipe development, portion control and minimise wastage.
Candidates should have a Culinary Diploma and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in sushi preparation, along with strong leadership, planning and organising skills.
This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
