Eggs Benedict

My wife has a complete obsession with the Hollandaise Sauce, because it’s just so awesome. This lockdown, I have managed to bake the Ciabatta bread and the next challenge was the Hollandaise. Some early attempts waisted quite a few eggs. After thorough research I think ... I’ve got it.

To be honest, it’s a nerve-racking 2 mins of your day. Anything can go rough so quickly, from splitting the butter from the egg yolk or to adding too much lemon.

All I’m saying is... Happy wife.... happy life 😉
