Dear all, A big 'THANK YOU' you have trusted us all these years.
Unfortunately, there are some people that they don't have imagination in cuisines, and without any experience, they are trying to copy menus and just start deliveries from home.
We were very surprised when one of our customers contact us and asked if the 2 new restaurants at UberEats
"Mr. Gyrose Eat" and "New Gyrose Eat" (Goodwood, Cape Town)
belongs to us, as they have the same menu as us.
I was shocked, I entered at UberEats as a customer and I checked their menus. Are almost like ours(Gyros Eat Greek). I did further research and I found that they operate from the same address as well. From a house. Imagine everyone just copy the menu from an existing restaurant and open a new one. How we will end up? I have written an email to UberEats and informed them about the situation. If it happened and you order from these 2 copycats you have to know that doesn't belong to us.
Thanks for your support one more time and who knows. Maybe one day we will open in Goodwood.............

The outbreak of the coronavirus COVID-19 has impacted people in varying ways. It is understandable that during times like this, people may be feeling afraid, worried, and overwhelmed by the constantly changing alerts and media coverage regarding the spread of the virus. During these difficult times, your safety and the safety of your loved ones is above all else And for many people, unemployment and lost income are making food shopping an additional financial challenge. Gyros Eat Greek takes this situation very seriously and we make sure we comply with all international hygiene rules.

As we reopening from today for deliveries on UBEREATS and MrD we decide to continue with BUY ONE GET ONE FREE and we will add more items the following days to help as much as we can. Checkout Gyros Eat Greek at UBEREATS and see if your loved Gyros can be delivered in your area. Keep well and keep safe. One day coronavirus will be just a memory.
